INTRODUCTION
I started out as a turner and welder. Through technical sales, production planning and ERP implementations, I worked my way up to technical manager and project manager. Today I help companies organise their work more smartly and efficiently, on site or remotely. I develop and manage ERP systems with integrated AI, and deliver custom tools and online shops for technical companies.

01 · What I do now
OPTIMISING
I take a close look at the company, see where the work gets stuck and improve processes and systems step by step. On site or remotely. Currently at Emission Blue in Dordrecht, specialist in flue gas cleaning.
BUILDING AND MANAGING
Custom business systems that take over the reading: quotes, work orders, invoices. Built for Hornet Laser Cladding, a machine builder with customers worldwide.
MAKING
Liftbase AI for fleet management, Lenomi.nl for cutting tools, and control software for installations.
04 · How I work
Solving problems is what I enjoy most. I first look at where the work gets stuck; often not at the machines, but in planning, paperwork and systems.
Every part goes into a test environment first. Only when it works and you have approved it do I send the invoice.
A fixed team of software assistants does the preparatory work. The reviewing and deciding I do myself.
