Four phases, one common thread.

Each phase builds on the one before.

  1. 2005 to 2011

    Shop floor

    Turning, welding, CNC work and laser cladding at Boele, IHC Kinderdijk and Stork Gears. Designed a mobile robot cell for laser cladding.

  2. 2011 to 2018

    Sales and projects

    Technical sales at Eriks and Castolin, cutting tools specialist at Karat Holtan, product data in SAP. Started Lenomi, a technical wholesaler with an efficient online shop.

  3. 2018 to 2024

    Management

    Technical manager at De Zwaan Metaal: new ERP, robot cell, online shop. Project manager at Lagersmit: new warehouse and WMS, with zero downtime.

  4. 2024 to now

    AI agents

    Own company: VoidTech Solutions. Leads and guides companies in optimising their processes, and builds smart ERP systems, tools and online shops, powered by AI.
